Therapy occurs weekly or every other week depending on a client’s wants and needs. I may recommend more frequent sessions if needed. Sessions are provided virtually.
For payments, I accept Zelle, Venmo and all major credit cards.
INSURANCE & PAYMENT
I am a contracted provider with Lyra Health an EAP that many employers provide. I recommend checking with your employer to see if you have this benefit.
I am also an out-of-network provider for many PPO plans. If your plan includes out-of-network mental health benefits, you may be eligible for reimbursement. I provide a monthly superbill for you to submit to your insurance company.
